If you are looking for a challenging workout you can do alone, at home before you head out for the weekend and consume all the calories, here’s what I’m doing today. You can choose to do however much of however many of these videos you want. I imagine doing all three all the way through the first time might be difficult, but it’s well worth it. BRUTAL HIIT LADDER WORKOUT

20 MINUTES

This workout is tough and will get your heart rate going, but it’s a ladder workout, so the amount of time you spend on each exercise decreases as you continue on, which makes things easier on your mind.

 

SIX PACK BURN OUT – INTENSE ABS

17 MINUTES

This is challenging for sure, but you can get through it.

INTENSE NO EQUIPMENT UPPER BODY WORKOUT

18 MINUTES

This workout is more challenging, and I promise you will feel it. But, if you want to know gain, you’ve got to know pain.
